Working at Accenture and Mercedes-Benz on diverse IT projects helped Erdem dive deep into the world of digitalization, leading to initiating intelligent automation at Mercedes-Benz. Upon that he worked at Roboyo as managing consultant with primary focus on hyperautomation transformation and strategy, delivering large-scale automation programs to various industries, as well as defining CoE establishment and scaling strategies. Erdem’s actual role is to lead the Intelligent Automation CoE for ING Wholesale Banking globally with a globally formed team to drive organizational efficiency through end-to-end solutions leveraging intelligent automation and AI.

Benjamin Heidenreich is the leader of the RPA and Business Automation Team at Feser Graf, playing an essential role in the company’s digital transformation over the last three years. Starting with the introduction of Robotic Process Automation, the team is also driving the expansion of Intelligent Document Processing, enhancing efficiency and accuracy across business processes. Currently, Benjamin is spearheading the implementation of the Appian platform, paving the way for the company’s journey into Hyperautomation. Guided by the principle, “If you hate it, automate it,” Benjamin is passionate about freeing people to breathe, innovate, and focus on creative, value-driven tasks.

Cris Herzfeld has 32 years of professional SAP experience (28 years at P&G) and 7 years focused on RPA as an architect for Order-to-Cash (OTC) using BluePrism. He specializes in enhancing efficiency and security through optimal reuse of tools, interfaces and services in process automation.

Derk, CEO of Roboyo, has an extensive experience in professional services and technology businesses and is here to take Roboyo to the next level of growth and success, and most importantly accelerate digital transformation initiatives for its customers globally.

With deep experience delivering digitally enabled process transformation for multinational organizations, Derk is adept at leading organizational change and leveraging Roboyo’s emerging technologies. Delivering more effective ways of working, unlocking investment capacity, and driving Next Level continuous improvement across front, middle, and back-office operations.

For the past three years, Dogan has been leading the Automation Consulting Unit within E.ON Digital Technology GmbH’s technology consulting segment, Expert Services. His work focuses on process automation across various areas of the E.ON Group, including Energy Networks, Customer Solutions, and Corporate functions. Together with his team and colleagues, Dogan plays a key role in supporting E.ON’s energy transition and digitalization efforts by improving process efficiency. Prior to this, he served as a Program Lead for IT infrastructure projects and brings extensive experience in agile methodologies, particularly within large organizations.

Dr. Habil. Michael Peters has more than 20 years of experience in driving digitalization and automation across multiple industries. In the past years he has successfully established automation initiatives and intelligent automation programs for companies like Kodak, Avaya, and Bertelsmann. Since January 2023 he and his team are driving the business process automation initiative of the Symrise Ag, a Dax 40 company and major producer of flavors and fragrances.

Frida has broad experience within automation development and management, with several successful RPA and IDP-implementations within the public and the private sector. The projects has consisted of end-to-end from discovery workshops, to process analysis, development and technical delivery. She has previously been responsible for Managed Services in the Nordics. She is now the Global Operational Excellence Manager with a focus on increasing the quality of Roboyo’s services and internal procedures.

Han loves cutting-edge technology and thrives on hands-on experience with the latest innovations. He enjoys building new solutions with the newest technology to gain a deep understanding of its capabilities. An enthusiastic advocate for AI, he believes it will significantly transform how organizations operate. With 40 years of expertise in driving organizational innovation through IT, he has co-founded several companies and gained valuable corporate experience. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Twente and a PhD in Management Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Irene is an experienced IT professional with over 15 years of expertise spanning software development, technical leadership, business analysis, and agile methodologies. Originally a software engineer, Irene has developed a deep specialization in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) over the past few years.

In her current role as an RPA and IDP Specialist at TotalEnergies, she focuses on analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities, designing and implementing tailored RPA and IDP solutions, and ensuring seamless integration into existing IT systems. Irene also plays a key role in governance, continuous improvement, and providing technical training and support to users.

Her versatile background enables her to bridge technical and business needs, driving efficiency and innovation across organizations through automation and intelligent process optimization.

James is the CEO and co-founder of Rainbird.AI, a decision intelligence business focused on the automation of complex human decision-making. James has over 30 years experience building technology companies with the last 15+ years focused on enterprise transformation and ethical AI. He has worked extensively with Global 250 organisations and governments, is one of Grant Thornton’s “Faces of a Vibrant Economy”, and an official member of the Forbes Technology Council.

With extensive experience in project management for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and managing complex logistics flows in the automotive industry, Jean-Francois successfully established a new application maintenance team for OPmobility’s Exterior Business Group, ensuring the EDI system’s high availability (24/7 operation).
He has since embraced a new challenge by joining with Roboyo, where he is leading an organizational initiative to provide support across all business groups at OPmobility for the first time.

Kareen is currently a Quality Analyst at TotalEnergies, specializing in Test Automation in the Oil, Biofuel and Shipping department. She collaborates with Business Analysts and Roboyo developers to manage the project from end-to-end and ensures a proper adherence to software quality guidelines.
After five years in the financial services sector, Kareen decided to pursue a master’s degree in Management of Technology and Entrepreneurship from Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and completed a six-month internship as a Digital Automation Specialist, where she automated RPA processes across various departments. Her passion for automation grew since then, and she continues to focus on quality and reliability of software.

As part of the Digital Integration initiative, Lars Ebbinghaus is spearheading the digitalization of Siemens Energy’s Steam Turbine and Generator business. Over the past several years, Lars has successfully designed and implemented an automation strategy that integrates multiple cutting-edge technologies, including UiPath, Mendix, SnapLogic, and ABBYY’s Intelligent Document Processing, into a cohesive ecosystem. This ecosystem empowers users to develop advanced solutions, enabling them to elevate their capabilities, tackle complex end-to-end processes, and establish a robust foundation for future technological advancements.

Laura Dicke has more than 10 years of experience in Community Management and business requirement analysis. She worked with companies like Dräger and Bertelsmann, and has now joined the Symrise Business Process Automation (BPA) team to build up and enable the internal citizen developer (SCCD) and citizen analyst (SCCA) community.

Lea Heyden heads the global Center of Excellence for Intelligent Automation at PUMA. After studying International Business Studies as well as Business Informatics in Nuremberg and Australia, Lea started her professional journey at PUMA in 2010. Since then, Lea has held different positions within PUMA, which has enabled her to gain a comprehensive understanding of many different business areas and the respective processes.

Lionel is Group CTO at Permira, the private equity fund based in London. Prior to Permira, Lionel has had CTO roles at both Revantage, a Blackstone company and CBRE, where he spent 10 years in the Real Estate industry. Before real estate, Lionel spent 20 years working in real-time financial data split between Bloomberg, Reuters and UBS. Lionel has degrees in Economics, Management and Psychology. Lionel is also qualified in Data Science. He has always been interested in AI and Machine Learning, working on algorithmic trading at UBS, lease abstraction at CBRE and most recently, generative AI at Permira.

Lucas Preuß is a driving force in Service Operations and Corporate Business Functions at McKinsey, where he’s based in the Hamburg office. Leading Europe’s tech partnerships and the Western European Operations Excellence Program, Lucas helps CxOs navigate large-scale, tech-enabled performance transformations. Markus Muth is Business Analysis Lead and Product Owner for Smart Automation in the Commerzbank Group for 8 years. Smart Automation is an important part of Commerzbank’s digitization strategy. Since the introduction of Robotic Process Automation in 2016 , more than 250 processes have been automated and more than 1100 FTE of effects have been achieved for the bank. In addition to the management of the project portfolio, his tasks are the further development of the automation platform and optimization of the automation processes.

Marta, a dynamic Manager of Hyperautomation Transformation and Strategy at Roboyo, is a leading expert in driving digital transformation through automation. With a proven track record of achieving significant business results and optimizing processes in the insurance and finance industries worldwide, Marta excels at leading global, multi-disciplinary teams to implement innovative solutions. Since 2018, Meritxell has been deeply engaged in the fields of Automation and digital transformation, initially starting her career as a programmer before advancing to her current role as RPA Project Manager at Bayer. With a background in aerospace engineering and an Executive MBA, she combines technical expertise with strategic insight to drive automation initiatives.
Throughout her career, she has amassed extensive experience across various automation technologies and has delved into the emerging field of Generative AI. Her involvement spans multiple processes across different departments, allowing her to develop a comprehensive understanding of operational efficiencies and opportunities for innovation.

Michael McGavigan is Executive General Manager, Enterprise Architecture, Digital and Automation Services for Group Technology. Michael is responsible for driving innovation, digital transformation, and the delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance customer engagement, employee experience and overall operational efficiency.

Michael previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer for Wealth & Capital Markets, within Australian Unity. Prior to joining Australian Unity in February 2023, Michael was the Global Head of Investment Management Solution Delivery for Vanguard’s Investment Management Group (IMG). Michael has more than 35 years’ experience leading and developing global teams across the financial services sector, including 13 years at Vanguard (Australia and US) and other senior positions at NAB and Perpetual Limited. Michael holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University, a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, and a Diploma in Project Management from University of New England. In addition, he holds the Project Management Professional certification.

Ollie Fulljames started his career as a management consultant within operational efficiency and process improvement—leading to a passion for driving intelligent automation at scale in enterprise organizations. As Head of Sales for C TWO, the leading hyperautomation orchestrator, Ollie helps customers improve resiliency and reduce the total cost of ownership of their automation estates.

Orhan Koc is a leader in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low Code development, and Artificial Intelligence. As the Head of the Center of Excellence for Intelligent Automation & Low Code, he leads an international team that drives automation efforts across the organization. His work involves shaping efficient and well-structured processes to ensure the success of these initiatives. With a background in Industrial Engineering, Orhan has developed international experience, including consulting worldwide in various manufacturing plants. His work spans roles in the United States with Mercedes and at Bosch Mobility, where he focused on Digital Manufacturing and Costing. He has also built and scaled a comprehensive RPA and Low Code program, growing a vibrant citizen developer community. Orhan is committed to creating practical and scalable automation solutions that drive efficiency and support Bosch in achieving its digital transformation goals.

Since 2017 and as part of Digital Transformation initiatives, he has been leading Intelligent Automation & RPA teams to digitalize, simplify and improve the way organizations work, establishing and growing reliable Automation Programmes with fast and sustainable ROI, driving IA adoption and fomenting an ‘Automation-First’ mindset enterprise-wide.

Ricardo’s teams have discovered, developed, and maintained more than 500 automated processes that have generated new value streams and increased business capacity and efficiency.

Ricardo has trained and facilitated the reskilling of several RPA Developers and Business Analysts and is also a speaker on Intelligent Automation & RPA topics, sharing lessons learnt and best practices with the international community.

Sai Vijayendra Madiga is an internationally recognized AI leader, honoured as one of Analytics Insight’s prestigious ’30 Under 30 Data Scientists’ globally.

As the Global Practice Lead for AI at Roboyo, Sai is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the AI practice while driving key initiatives in Sales, Delivery, and Enablement. He is the foremost authority on AI at Roboyo, playing a pivotal role in defining priorities and operational strategies to elevate the company’s AI offerings.

Before joining Roboyo, Sai led the Data Science & AI division at VR Smart Guide, part of the DZ Bank Group, and served as Assistant Vice President on the AI team at JP Morgan Chase & Co., where he developed and scaled several AI/ML solutions to reach millions of users.

He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the renowned Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, India’s leading engineering institution. Additionally, he is a national-level Math Olympiad awardee.

Beyond his professional work, Sai enjoys reading, traveling, and driving.

Sara has 20 years of experience, all at Grupo Salvador Caetano. She started in automotive retail, moved into bus production in the industrial sector, and then returned to retail, where she’s now focused on project management.

With a degree in Economics, Sara spent many years in Finance & Treasury, but her curiosity about automation and digitalization led her to switch paths three and a half years ago. Since then, she’s been leading a project management team, connecting the financial backoffice with operations.

Passionate about improving processes, Sara focuses on implementing tools that reduce inefficiencies and add value to the company, always looking for ways to make everything more efficient and integrated.

Siva Prasanna Vanapalli is a seasoned automation expert with over two decades of experience across technology streams like Application Development, Quality Engineering, DevSecOps, AI/ML, and Cloud Engineering. He has held leadership roles in Solutioning, Architecture, Delivery, and Practice Management, with a strong focus on automation transformation for clients in industries such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, BFSI, and Manufacturing. Previously, Siva served as Global Practice Head at Marlabs responsible for Intelligent Process Automation & Quality Engineering, and spent a decade at Cognizant driving Test Automation initiatives. He holds multiple certifications, a degree in Electronics and Communications, and enjoys music, travel, sports, and the electric vehicle industry. He currently works as Global Practice Lead, Test Automation at Roboyo.

Tim Clarke brings over 20 years of experience in Solution Architecture and Design, specializing in Low-Code and BPMS Platform technologies. As Roboyo’s Global Chief Operating Officer, Tim oversees the company’s operational strategy and governance, ensuring seamless delivery and execution across all regions. His extensive expertise in operational leadership, combined with his deep knowledge of Roboyo’s business, enables him to drive global efficiency, innovation, and growth.
