Leading Europe’s tech partnerships and the Western European Operations Excellence Program, Lucas helps CxOs navigate large-scale, tech-enabled performance transformations. His mantra? “Automation is way more than tech and code.” With a knack for turning vision into value, Lucas ensures that automation initiatives don’t just launch—they soar!

Lionel is Group CTO at Permira, the private equity fund based in London. Prior to Permira, Lionel has had CTO roles at both Revantage, a Blackstone company and CBRE, where he spent 10 years in the Real Estate industry. Before real estate, Lionel spent 20 years working in real-time financial data split between Bloomberg, Reuters and UBS. Lionel has degrees in Economics, Management and Psychology. Lionel is also qualified in Data Science. He has always been interested in AI and Machine Learning, working on algorithmic trading at UBS, lease abstraction at CBRE and most recently, generative AI at Permira.

Frida has broad experience within automation development and management, with several successful RPA and IDP-implementations within the public and the private sector. The projects has consisted of end-to-end from discovery workshops, to process analysis, development and technical delivery. She has previously been responsible for Managed Services in the Nordics. She is now the Global Operational Excellence Manager with a focus on increasing the quality of Roboyo’s services and internal procedures.

Marta, a dynamic Manager of Hyperautomation Transformation and Strategy at Roboyo, is a leading expert in driving digital transformation through automation. With a proven track record of achieving significant business results and optimizing processes in the insurance and finance industries worldwide, Marta excels at leading global, multi-disciplinary teams to implement innovative solutions. A passionate advocate for responsible AI and ethical automation practices.

Siva Prasanna Vanapalli is a seasoned automation expert with over two decades of experience across technology streams like Application Development, Quality Engineering, DevSecOps, AI/ML, and Cloud Engineering. He has held leadership roles in Solutioning, Architecture, Delivery, and Practice Management, with a strong focus on automation transformation for clients in industries such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, BFSI, and Manufacturing. Previously, Siva served as Global Practice Head at Marlabs responsible for Intelligent Process Automation & Quality Engineering, and spent a decade at Cognizant driving Test Automation initiatives. He holds multiple certifications, a degree in Electronics and Communications, and enjoys music, travel, sports, and the electric vehicle industry. He currently works as Global Practice Lead, Test Automation at Roboyo.

Tim Clarke brings over 20 years of experience in Solution Architecture and Design, specializing in Low-Code and BPMS Platform technologies. As Roboyo’s Global Chief Operating Officer, Tim oversees the company’s operational strategy and governance, ensuring seamless delivery and execution across all regions. His extensive expertise in operational leadership, combined with his deep knowledge of Roboyo’s business, enables him to drive global efficiency, innovation, and growth.

Previously, as one of Roboyo’s Global Practice Leads, Tim led delivery governance and strategy for clients worldwide, leveraging the latest methodologies and industry trends. In his new role, Tim continues to champion operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement at Roboyo.

Vikas is a leader with over 25 years of experience driving global revenue growth and expansion. As Chief Revenue Officer at Roboyo, he leverages his background in consulting and scaling businesses to lead our go-to-market strategy. Previously, Vikas held senior roles at Fusemachines, Cognizant, and Wipro, where he honed his ability to build and lead high-performing teams and deliver outstanding outcomes.

For the past three years, Dogan has been leading the Automation Consulting Unit within E.ON Digital Technology GmbH’s technology consulting segment, Expert Services. His work focuses on process automation across various areas of the E.ON Group, including Energy Networks, Customer Solutions, and Corporate functions. Together with his team and colleagues, Dogan plays a key role in supporting E.ON’s energy transition and digitalization efforts by improving process efficiency. Prior to this, he served as a Program Lead for IT infrastructure projects and brings extensive experience in agile methodologies, particularly within large organizations.
