Lea Heyden heads the global Center of Excellence for Intelligent Automation at PUMA. After studying International Business Studies as well as Business Informatics in Nuremberg and Australia, Lea started her professional journey at PUMA in 2010. Since then, Lea has held different positions within PUMA, which has enabled her to gain a comprehensive understanding of many different business areas and the respective processes.

Donia Affouri is a Senior Quality Analyst at TotalEnergies in the Oil, Biofuel and Shipping department, where she is dedicated to implementing high-quality software solutions.
Holding a degree in IT and Business Management and beginning her career in 2017, Donia has been a strong advocate for innovation in quality assurance.
At TotalEnergies, she focuses on advancing test automation and improving overall software quality. Her expertise in automation and quality management drives continuous improvements ensuring that the company’s solutions meet the highest standards.

Kareen is currently a Quality Analyst at TotalEnergies, specializing in Test Automation in the Oil, Biofuel and Shipping department. She collaborates with Business Analysts and Roboyo developers to manage the project from end-to-end and ensures a proper adherence to software quality guidelines.
After five years in the financial services sector, Kareen decided to pursue a master’s degree in Management of Technology and Entrepreneurship from Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and completed a six-month internship as a Digital Automation Specialist, where she automated RPA processes across various departments. Her passion for automation grew since then, and she continues to focus on quality and reliability of software.

Benjamin Heidenreich is the leader of the RPA and Business Automation Team at Feser Graf, playing an essential role in the company’s digital transformation over the last three years. Starting with the introduction of Robotic Process Automation, the team is also driving the expansion of Intelligent Document Processing, enhancing efficiency and accuracy across business processes. Currently, Benjamin is spearheading the implementation of the Appian platform, paving the way for the company’s journey into Hyperautomation. Guided by the principle, “If you hate it, automate it,” Benjamin is passionate about freeing people to breathe, innovate, and focus on creative, value-driven tasks.

Erdem has worked in different industries at global organizations, particularly specializing in technology and digital transformation. Working at Accenture and Mercedes-Benz on diverse IT projects helped Erdem dive deep into the world of digitalization, leading to initiating intelligent automation at Mercedes-Benz. Upon that he worked at Roboyo as managing consultant with primary focus on hyperautomation transformation and strategy, delivering large-scale automation programs to various industries, as well as defining CoE establishment and scaling strategies. Erdem’s actual role is to lead the Intelligent Automation CoE for ING Wholesale Banking globally with a globally formed team to drive organizational efficiency through end-to-end solutions leveraging intelligent automation and AI.

Michael McGavigan is Executive General Manager, Enterprise Architecture, Digital and Automation Services for Group Technology. Michael is responsible for driving innovation, digital transformation, and the delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance customer engagement, employee experience and overall operational efficiency.

Michael previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer for Wealth & Capital Markets, within Australian Unity. Prior to joining Australian Unity in February 2023, Michael was the Global Head of Investment Management Solution Delivery for Vanguard’s Investment Management Group (IMG). Michael has more than 35 years’ experience leading and developing global teams across the financial services sector, including 13 years at Vanguard (Australia and US) and other senior positions at NAB and Perpetual Limited. Michael holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University, a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, and a Diploma in Project Management from University of New England. In addition, he holds the Project Management Professional certification.

Sara has 20 years of experience, all at Grupo Salvador Caetano. She started in automotive retail, moved into bus production in the industrial sector, and then returned to retail, where she’s now focused on project management.

With a degree in Economics, Sara spent many years in Finance & Treasury, but her curiosity about automation and digitalization led her to switch paths three and a half years ago. Since then, she’s been leading a project management team, connecting the financial backoffice with operations.

Passionate about improving processes, Sara focuses on implementing tools that reduce inefficiencies and add value to the company, always looking for ways to make everything more efficient and integrated.

With extensive experience in project management for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and managing complex logistics flows in the automotive industry, Jean-Francois successfully established a new application maintenance team for OPmobility’s Exterior Business Group, ensuring the EDI system’s high availability (24/7 operation).
He has since embraced a new challenge by joining with Roboyo, where he is leading an organizational initiative to provide support across all business groups at OPmobility for the first time.

Irene is an experienced IT professional with over 15 years of expertise spanning software development, technical leadership, business analysis, and agile methodologies. Originally a software engineer, Irene has developed a deep specialization in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) over the past few years.

In her current role as an RPA and IDP Specialist at TotalEnergies, she focuses on analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities, designing and implementing tailored RPA and IDP solutions, and ensuring seamless integration into existing IT systems. Irene also plays a key role in governance, continuous improvement, and providing technical training and support to users.

Her versatile background enables her to bridge technical and business needs, driving efficiency and innovation across organizations through automation and intelligent process optimization.

As part of the Digital Integration initiative, Lars Ebbinghaus is spearheading the digitalization of Siemens Energy’s Steam Turbine and Generator business. Over the past several years, Lars has successfully designed and implemented an automation strategy that integrates multiple cutting-edge technologies, including UiPath, Mendix, SnapLogic, and ABBYY’s Intelligent Document Processing, into a cohesive ecosystem. This ecosystem empowers users to develop advanced solutions, enabling them to elevate their capabilities, tackle complex end-to-end processes, and establish a robust foundation for future technological advancements.

Ricardo is an Automation and Digital Transformation enthusiast with a deep interest and expertise in the Intelligent Automation landscape.

Since 2017 and as part of Digital Transformation initiatives, he has been leading Intelligent Automation & RPA teams to digitalize, simplify and improve the way organizations work, establishing and growing reliable Automation Programmes with fast and sustainable ROI, driving IA adoption and fomenting an ‘Automation-First’ mindset enterprise-wide.

Ricardo’s teams have discovered, developed, and maintained more than 500 automated processes that have generated new value streams and increased business capacity and efficiency.

Ricardo has trained and facilitated the reskilling of several RPA Developers and Business Analysts and is also a speaker on Intelligent Automation & RPA topics, sharing lessons learnt and best practices with the international community.

Laura Dicke has more than 10 years of experience in Community Management and business requirement analysis. She worked with companies like Dräger and Bertelsmann, and has now joined the Symrise Business Process Automation (BPA) team to build up and enable the internal citizen developer (SCCD) and citizen analyst (SCCA) community.

Dr. Habil. Michael Peters has more than 20 years of experience in driving digitalization and automation across multiple industries. In the past years he has successfully established automation initiatives and intelligent automation programs for companies like Kodak, Avaya, and Bertelsmann. Since January 2023 he and his team are driving the business process automation initiative of the Symrise Ag, a Dax 40 company and major producer of flavors and fragrances.

Rudy Kuhn is the Lead Transformation Evangelist of Celonis. The accomplished entrepreneur brings 14 years of Process Mining expertise and a remarkable track record in process automation. He founded ProcessGold, the first Process Mining consulting company back in 2010. Later the company built their own Process Mining software, before it was acquired by UiPath in 2019. After the acquisition Rudy served as the VP of Process Mining & Discovery at UiPath before he decided to join Celonis in April 2023.

Markus Muth is Business Analysis Lead and Product Owner for Smart Automation in the Commerzbank Group for 8 years. Smart Automation is an important part of Commerzbank’s digitization strategy. Since the introduction of Robotic Process Automation in 2016 , more than 250 processes have been automated and more than 1100 FTE of effects have been achieved for the bank. In addition to the management of the project portfolio, his tasks are the further development of the automation platform and optimization of the automation processes.

Ollie Fulljames started his career as a management consultant within operational efficiency and process improvement—leading to a passion for driving intelligent automation at scale in enterprise organizations. As Head of Sales for C TWO, the leading hyperautomation orchestrator, Ollie helps customers improve resiliency and reduce the total cost of ownership of their automation estates.
